WHAT IS PROCESS SIMULATE?

20240411_Solution

Process Simulate is an integrated digital factory tool that evolved from a robot simulator and uses 3D CAD data to simulate the work of robots, automatic machines, PLCs, and people. We highly accurately verify work efficiency, workload, and work time by considering robot introduction, offline teaching, and human work settings. It also enables continuous production simulation of conditional branching using PLC control, and debugging of operational logic using actual machine PLC signals, making it possible to completely reproduce all behaviors within the factory, creating a true digital factory.

Features

Accurate simulation and offline teaching of all typical industrial robots Compatible robot manufacturer:

New controllers such as FANUC※1, Yaskawa※1, Kawasaki Heavy Industries※1, Fujikoshi※1, KUKA※1, ABB※1, COMAU, DENSO, Panasonic, EPSON, UNIVERSAL, and others are also supported in sequence.

※1: Accurate Process Simulate robot models are provided by robot manufacturers for a fee or free of charge.

Accurately reproduce automatic machines, hands, jigs, and conveyance devices other than robots

Templated kinematics definition

You can easily define clamps for jigs, robot hands for link mechanisms, welding guns for opening and closing guides, etc.
